Real-World Skills for Real Life.
Executive Function & Life Skills Coaching for teens and young adults with ADHD, dyslexia, autism spectrum, and other learning differences — where every student who’s ever been left behind by the system finally finds a place they belong.
Your child may have a diagnosis. They may have an IEP or a 504 plan. They’ve probably been told to “just try harder” by people who didn’t understand how their brain actually works. Neverland Life Academy was built specifically for them — and for the families who love them.
Starting tasks, maintaining focus, managing time, and following through are genuinely harder when your brain works differently. We build systems that work with how they actually think — not against it.
Navigating a world that wasn’t designed for the way they process it is exhausting. We help students on the spectrum build practical routines, communication strategies, and life systems that reduce overwhelm and build real confidence.
Struggling to read doesn’t mean struggling to think. Many of our students are exceptionally capable and need support translating their ideas and potential into organized, manageable action.
Gifted in some areas, significantly challenged in others. 2e students often slip through the cracks because their strengths mask their struggles. We see both — and we coach the whole person.
They hear the instructions. They understand the concept. But the gap between understanding and executing is real. We specifically target the executive function skills that make follow-through possible.
Accommodations help. But they don’t build skills. Many students leave school with an IEP but still lack the self-management strategies they need in the real world. That’s exactly the gap we fill.
You don’t need a diagnosis to find your Neverland. If your teen or young adult is struggling with independence, organization, time management, or life skills — we can help. A formal diagnosis tells us how their brain works; it doesn’t determine whether coaching can make a difference.
A young person can be intelligent, creative, and full of potential — and still struggle every single day with the basics of managing their own life. For students with learning differences, this isn’t a motivation problem or a discipline problem. It’s a skills gap that the traditional education system was never designed to fill.
And parents are often left holding it all together — long past the point when they should have to. Neverland Life Academy exists to help change that.
They have an IEP. They have accommodations. And they’re still drowning.
We’ve had every evaluation done. We know what they struggle with. But nothing actually sticks.
They’re twice-exceptional — brilliant in some ways and completely overwhelmed in others. The school doesn’t know what to do with them either.
College is two years away and I genuinely don’t know if they’ll be able to manage without me.
I love them. I want to help. But I can’t be their entire support system forever.
These aren’t character flaws. They’re skills gaps — and skills can be taught. That’s what we do at Neverland Life Academy.
Every session at Neverland Life Academy is built around the individual — the way their brain actually works, the challenges they’re actually facing, and the skills they actually need.
The core skills that make everything else possible — especially important for students with ADHD, autism spectrum, and processing differences.
Build real systems designed around the way their brain actually works — not the way the planner aisle expects it to.
Turn good intentions into completed action — one manageable step at a time.
The everyday skills school doesn’t always teach — and that many students with learning differences need explicit practice building.
College removes every safety net. For students with learning differences, that transition requires intentional preparation.
The ultimate goal — a young adult who can manage their own life with confidence, without constant support from parents or coaches.
A straightforward, personalized process designed to build real, lasting skills — not temporary fixes.
We learn what’s working, what’s not, and where the biggest challenges are — including any diagnoses, existing supports, or prior evaluations.
Together, we identify the specific skills and habits that need the most attention — and build a clear, personalized direction forward.
We create practical systems, routines, and tools tailored to how this individual actually thinks, learns, and operates in the real world.
We apply those skills to real-life situations, build consistency, and gradually transfer ownership — until they can manage it independently.
Six practical skill areas — each one designed to help students who learn differently finally find their footing in the real world.
Disorganization isn’t a personality trait — it’s a missing skill. We build practical organization systems designed around the way their brain actually works, not a textbook model of how someone “should” be organized.
Real-world time management built for how their brain is wired — not the planner aisle. We build systems that work for students with ADHD, autism spectrum, and other learning differences.
Turn overwhelming goals into manageable steps. We teach a goal-setting approach that actually works, even when focus and follow-through are daily challenges.
College removes every safety net — especially for students with learning differences. We help young adults build the skills to manage their schedule, professors, and daily life before they leave home.
Routines are what make life run without constant reminders — but building them is genuinely harder for neurodivergent students. We create ones that actually stick.
The ultimate goal at Neverland Life Academy is a young adult who can manage their own life with confidence. Not just better grades — real independence that lasts long after coaching ends.

I didn’t choose this work because it was a career path. I chose it because I kept watching capable, brilliant young people be handed a world that wasn’t built for the way their minds work — and I decided to do something about it.
With an Education Specialist degree, a Master’s in Education, and years of classroom teaching experience, Kyndle has spent her career working directly with students who learn differently, think differently, and move through the world differently. She understands these young people — not from a textbook, but from years of showing up for them every single day.
After years in the classroom, Kyndle transitioned into academic and life coaching for young adults with learning disabilities — bringing the same patience, strategy, and deep belief in her clients’ potential that made her an exceptional teacher. She specializes in helping students with ADHD, autism spectrum, dyslexia, and other learning differences build practical systems that work for the way they actually think.
As the mother of a young daughter who is on the autism spectrum and navigates multiple additional disabilities, Kyndle brings something to her coaching that credentials alone can’t teach: she lives this. She understands — not in theory, but in daily life — what it means to advocate fiercely for a child who experiences the world differently. That experience shapes everything about how she shows up for her clients and their families.
She has dedicated her life to this population — not because it’s easy work, but because she believes every young person deserves someone in their corner who truly sees who they are and what they’re capable of becoming.

Have a question not listed? Reach out — we’re happy to help.
Absolutely — this is a core part of what we do. Many students at Neverland Life Academy have IEPs or 504 plans. Coaching doesn’t replace those supports; it complements them. Accommodations reduce barriers. Coaching builds the skills to succeed even beyond those accommodations.
Yes. Executive function coaching is one of the most effective non-medical supports for students with ADHD. We specialize in building the planning, prioritizing, organizing, and follow-through skills that are genuinely harder when you have ADHD — using systems that work with how their brain is wired, not against it.
Yes. Kyndle works with students on the autism spectrum and understands — personally and professionally — the unique challenges they face. Coaching focuses on practical life systems, routines, communication strategies, and self-management skills that help students navigate a world that wasn’t always designed for the way they process it.
No. A diagnosis helps us understand how a client’s brain works, but it doesn’t determine whether coaching can make a difference. If your child is struggling with independence, organization, time management, or life skills — regardless of a formal diagnosis — Neverland Life Academy can help.
Special education focuses on academic instruction and accommodations. Therapy addresses mental health. Coaching fills the gap — building the practical life skills and self-management systems that help a young person function more independently in the real world. All three can work together.
Executive function coaching helps individuals develop the underlying mental skills needed to manage daily life — things like planning, prioritizing, organizing, starting tasks, managing time, and following through. These skills are particularly challenging for students with ADHD, autism spectrum, and other learning differences, and they can be explicitly taught and practiced.
It depends on the situation. For younger teens, some parental involvement can be helpful. For older teens and young adults, sessions focus on building the client’s own autonomy. We’ll figure out the right structure together during the free consultation.
Absolutely. College is one of the most critical transitions for students with learning differences. We work with college students both before they leave home and while they’re actively navigating campus life — building the skills to manage their schedule, professors, and independence on their own.
The first real session is a discovery conversation — we learn about the client’s current situation, biggest challenges, existing supports (including IEPs), and what they’re working toward. Before that, there’s always a free 30-minute consultation so you can ask questions and decide if it feels like the right fit.
It varies. Some clients work with us for a few focused sessions around a specific challenge. Others engage over several months to build deeper habits and independence. We don’t lock anyone into long commitments upfront — we work at a pace that serves the client’s actual goals.
Every family’s situation is different — especially when learning differences are involved. The best way to find out if Neverland Life Academy is the right fit is to have a real conversation.
